| I have been a member of Holy Temple Holiness Church of Deliverance, Florida since its inception in June 2004 under the tutelage of Pastor Thomas E. Douglas and First Lady Shauna Douglas. I have experienced enormous spiritual growth. I also have seen our youth mature into holy men and women. I watched as they dropped their worldly desires and replaced them with spiritual ones, even though we have encountered many obstacles, but that did not hinder our quest for eternal life. Sometimes we were afraid to come to the church because of the unadulterated gospel that our pastor preaches, and were afraid that our hidden sins will be revealed. I am truly proud to be a part of Holy Temple. Our church family is so closely knit that if I do not pray I know other members are praying and watching for my soul. Our leaders watch over my soul and will not allow me to go in the wrong direction. I thank God for them. Our weekly evangelistic service is to rejuvenate us to prevent us from going astray. These services are led by the youth; we conduct the prayer, lead praise and worship and also bring the word. We get an opportunity to use our anointed gifts. Holy Temple Youth are holy-ghost filled, sanctified and are separated from other youths because of our anointing. We are doing a wonderful job focusing on the Lord. I would like to encourage them to keep up the good work and do not lose focus on our ultimate goal, which is to get into heaven. I invite any youth who is serious with God to join our youth group. Youth Pastor Taeisha Morgan We are living in a time where the above verse needs to come alive in the strong vessels of our young folks. For the devil has a plan to kill, steal and destroy that which God has placed on the inside, but guess what? The devil can’t do what he wants to do. The Holy Temple Holiness Church of Deliverance youth are here to take a stand. We are here to be the light of the World, that city that is set on hill that cannot be hid. We are here to demonstrate to the World that holiness is right, and it does not matter how young you are, you can present your body a living sacrifice. Just as in the days of the prophet Elijah where God had seven thousands prophets that have not bowed to Baal. God has young folks which are you and I that have not bowed to the hands of the enemy, and does not take pleasure in sin. Instead we are shunning the very appearance of evil. I am so thankful to be apart of a ministry where the Man of God preaches holiness, for without holiness shall no man see the Lord. Each and every service the Man of God challenges the young folks to be different. He dares us to continue to hold up the blood stained banner and maintain the standard and never take down or give way to the enemy. Under his leadership and guidance he has molded bold and courageous soldiers. He demonstrated by preaching the word of God which tells us to present our body as a living sacrifice, after which we are able to gain and go further not only in the world, but as well as in God. Timothy 4:12 reads: Let no man despise thy youth; be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Be encouraged! Be blessed and continue to press towards the prize of the higher caller in Christ Jesus. Young folks lets remember that we can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens us.
